Welcome to Regena. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Regena. Regena operates this website and online store, including all related content, products, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Regena is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein (including our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy), govern your access to and use of the Services.

By visiting, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing from the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree that all information provided during checkout or account creation is accurate, complete, and current.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & REPRESENTATIONS

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately; however, product appearance may vary due to device settings.

We do not guarantee that products will meet subjective expectations.

Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and formulations may change without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & FINALITY

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Regena reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.

An order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed.

Once accepted:

  • Orders are final

  • Physical returns are not accepted

  • Refunds or replacements are available only when explicitly eligible under the Refund Policy

Orders placed for resale or commercial use are prohibited.

SECTION 4 – PRICING, SALES & PROMOTIONS

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change at any time.

ALL SALE, DISCOUNTED, OR PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, including:

  • Discounted products

  • Promotional offers

  • Bundles

If a promotion conflicts with any other policy, the sale/promotional terms take precedence.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Orders ship within stated processing times; delivery times are estimates only.

Regena is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Weather or force-majeure events

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is transferred to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – NO RETURNS POLICY

We do not accept physical returns under any circumstances.

When eligible, refunds or replacements may be issued without requiring a return, strictly according to the Refund Policy.

SECTION 7 – REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS (SUMMARY)

Refunds or replacements are available only if all conditions below are met:

  • Product was not purchased on sale, discount, or promotion

  • Request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Eligibility is confirmed under the Refund Policy

For eligible purchases:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Replacements ship at no cost

Sale items are final and not eligible for refund or replacement.

SECTION 8 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Before shipment: Orders may be canceled if eligible.

After shipment:

  • Non-sale items may qualify under the Refund Policy

  • Sale or discounted items remain final

All content on the Services is owned by Regena or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

SECTION 10 – OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

Third-party tools are provided “as is” without warranties. Regena is not liable for third-party services.

SECTION 11 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites or content accessed through links on the Services.

SECTION 12 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Regena is powered by Shopify. All transactions are between you and Regena.

Shopify bears no responsibility for purchases, disputes, or outcomes.

SECTION 13 – PRIVACY

Use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

SECTION 14 – FEEDBACK

Any feedback you submit may be used by Regena for any lawful purpose without compensation.

SECTION 15 – ERRORS & CORRECTIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders if information is inaccurate.

SECTION 16 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not misuse the Services, violate laws, infringe rights, transmit harmful material, or attempt fraud.

Violations may result in immediate termination.

SECTION 17 – TERMINATION

We may terminate access at any time.

Obligations and protections that by nature should survive termination will do so.

SECTION 18 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE REFUND POLICY, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

We do not guarantee satisfaction, results, or uninterrupted service.

SECTION 19 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regena is not liable for:

  • Sale or discounted purchases

  • Shipping delays

  • Chargebacks filed contrary to posted policies

Filing a chargeback that violates these Terms constitutes a breach.

SECTION 20 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Regena and Shopify from claims arising from your use of the Services.

SECTION 21 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

SECTION 22 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Regena.

SECTION 23 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Regena is headquartered.

SECTION 24 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.

SECTION 25 - Subscription Terms & Automatic Renewal

Certain products offered on tryregena.com are available as subscription-based purchases (“Autoship”).

By selecting a subscription option and completing checkout, you agree to the following:

  • You authorize Regena to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing frequency selected at checkout.

  • The recurring charge amount and billing frequency are clearly disclosed on the product page and during checkout before payment is submitted.

  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

By completing your purchase, you provide affirmative consent to recurring billing.

Billing Authorization

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for reviewing the subscription terms before completing your purchase.

  • Recurring charges will be processed automatically without additional authorization for each billing cycle.

  • The total recurring amount and frequency are displayed before checkout confirmation.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date by:

Cancellation requests submitted after a billing charge has processed will apply to future billing cycles only.

Subscription Disputes & Chargebacks

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that subscription charges are authorized and recurring.

Initiating a chargeback for a valid subscription renewal that was clearly disclosed and agreed to at checkout may be considered a violation of these Terms.

Regena reserves the right to present the following evidence in dispute proceedings:

  • Checkout authorization records

  • Subscription disclosure language

  • Billing frequency confirmation

  • Customer account history

  • Delivery confirmation
