Regena Collagen Peptides are absolutely amazing... and yes, they really do work! I’ve always had nails that broke easily, barely grew, and honestly looked awful. But not anymore! My nails are now strong, healthy, and beautiful. I’ve also noticed my skin and hair looking so much better since I started taking these.
Now, full honesty... these will also make your leg hair grow faster, so daily shaving might become your new routine (unless you’re going for the Bigfoot vibe, lol).
A quick tip: drink plenty of water when taking these because the pills are a bit large. If one feels like it’s stuck, don’t panic... just relax, look up, and sip water slowly.
I order two bottles at a time now because they sold out last month, and I can’t go without them. Total game-changer for beauty from the inside out!

Excellent quality collagen, biotin, keratin, and hyaluronic acid supplement for the support of joints, hair, nails, and skin health. I have been using this product for almost a month, and I can tell that it has had a positive impact on my hair, as my hair is not shedding as much and it has a nice sheen that makes it look clean and healthy. My nails seem to be harder and not as brittle, and my skin isn't as dry, so I haven't had to apply lotion as often as I normally did. Although these improvements are mild, they are encouraging and I definitely plan on continuing this supplement in hopes that the positive effects continue and improve even more.

I’ve been taking these for almost the full month now, and I have noticed an incredible difference in my hair and nails in particular. My nails began growing thicker after a week of using these, and my hair just recently started looking healthier to me. I believe I will definitely be ordering more bottles of this, as the results are faster than others I’ve tried before.

I ordered this mostly to try it. I have no complaints - no digestive issues or other side effects. I also can't really claim that it has been effective. How would I tell? All I can say is that the pill is easy to swallow with no funky taste or smell (that I experience anyway), and it seems to be well priced for what it is. Overall, I'm happy with this item and have no complaints.

Waited 2 weeks for them to not arrive. I contacted them, and they told me that there was an issue with the shipping provider. They ended up sending me 2 (2-month supply) instead, free of charge! Great customer service with clarity throughout the whole process, the product works great as well. I have experienced way more hydrated skin and fewer fine lines.
